Hi everyone, have not been on here for a while as I have been spending my spare time hunting for the best spec Cooper S Convertible in the UK. I must admit I have done rather well in this quest. I am now the proud owner of "BLUE". To name just a few of the features "BLUE" has, full leather, heated seats, ASC, upgraded HI FI, chrome interior, xenons, heated mirrors/washers, multi func steering wheel, climate control, centre arm rest.

Hopefully will meet up with you all again in the not too distant future.

Hope you enjoy/ like the pics?

Can anyone answer this question, "Why does the convertible not have the normal S chrome petrol cap cover"?. I never realised until recently.

Thanks Nick, I thought the R56s were supposed to be alot better especially since they have a turbo now instead of the super charger?, I know my R56 Cooper was getting about 47 MPG but no supercharger so would be better.

Thanks Nick, had to think long and hard about going back to the older shape, must be my old age as thought about petrol costs, road tax, insurance etc... When this one came along could not resist as the specification was too good to be true and cant believe how much faster it is than my Cooper was.

Cos of the extra strengthening of the floor pan there isn't room to fit it.
